1. Age Requirements

Clique Social is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

2. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention

Clique Social has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit:

• Content that sexually exploits or endangers children
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content that sexualizes minors
• Content facilitating child exploitation
• Grooming behavior or predatory conduct

3. Content Moderation

We employ multiple layers of protection:

• User Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly in the app
• Review Process: Reported content is reviewed and action is taken swiftly
• Account Suspension: Accounts violating child safety policies are permanently banned
• Law Enforcement Cooperation: We report illegal activity to appropriate authorities

4. In-App Safety Features

• Block & Report: Users can block and report other users engaging in inappropriate behavior
• Privacy Controls: Users control who can interact with them
• Content Filtering: Automated systems help detect and remove harmful content

5. Reporting to Authorities

Clique Social complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety. We report:

• Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Illegal activity to local, regional, and national law enforcement authorities as required by law
• Cooperation with law enforcement investigations

6. User Education

We are committed to educating our users about online safety, including:

• How to recognize and report inappropriate behavior
• Privacy best practices
• Safe social networking guidelines
