By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Clique Social mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use Clique Social, you must meet the following requirements:

• Real-Time Voice Calls: Connect with other users through voice conversations
• Messaging: Send text messages to your connections
• Profile Customization: Create a profile based on your interests, personality, and preferences

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Clique Social, you agree to:

Account Security

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others

Appropriate Conduct

• Treat other users with respect and courtesy
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Obtain consent before recording or sharing audio content involving other users
• Report inappropriate behavior or content to us

Technical Compliance

• Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Not circumvent any security features or access restrictions

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on Clique Social, including audio recordings, messages, and profile information ("User Content").

License Grant to Clique

By posting User Content on the Service, you grant Clique Social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

• Use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content on the Service
• Store your User Content on our servers
• Make your User Content available to other users you choose to share it with
• Modify or adapt your User Content for technical purposes (e.g., format conversion, compression)

Important: This license exists only for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. We will never sell your audio recordings or use them for purposes outside of the Service without your explicit consent.

Collaborative Content

Audio verses created with other users are considered collaborative content. Both creators share rights to such content. If you delete your account, collaborative verses may remain visible to the other creator(s).

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Termination by You

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in prohibited activities
• You are found to be under the minimum age requirement
• Your account poses a safety or security risk
• We are required to do so by law or legal process
• We decide to discontinue the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• You will lose access to the Service and your User Content
• Your profile will be removed from the platform
• Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Collaborative content may remain visible to other creators
• These Terms will continue to apply to any disputes or claims arising before termination

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLIQUE SOCIAL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We Are Not Liable For

• User-Generated Content: Any content created, posted, or shared by users
• User Conduct: The actions, behavior, or interactions of other users
• Data Loss: Loss of data, content, or information stored on the Service
• Service Interruptions: Downtime, outages, or technical issues
• Third-Party Services: Issues arising from third-party services we integrate with (e.g., Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In)

Maximum Liability

In no event shall Clique Social's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Informal Resolution

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is owned by Clique Social and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clique Social regarding the Service.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, or technical failures.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms of service of those platforms.

Acknowledgment

BY USING CLIQUE SOCIAL, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
